Top Tier Wellness and Beauty Medspa LLC Cancellation/Refund Policies
As a courtesy to our staff, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
Appointment Policy
- Treatment appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours before the treatment appointment.
- A $50 fee will be charged to no-show appointments or cancellations after our 48-hour requirement.
Discount Policy
- All specials and discounts are based on regular individual prices.
- One special discount per person.
- One special or discount per treatment.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Special or discount is not transferable.
Refund Policy
- There are no refunds on services provided.
- No returns on products purchased or credits given.
- All credits can be applied towards another service within an appropriate time frame.
